PTSD, Complex Trauma & Childhood Trauma Therapy
Specialized care for recovery from sexual, spiritual/religious, physical, and emotional trauma.
If you’ve found your way here, you may be carrying pain that feels heavy, confusing, or isolating. I want you to know—you don’t have to hold it alone.
Welcome, I’m Bojana.
I support adults who are living with the lasting effects of childhood abuse, relational trauma, and toxic shame, including experiences of sexual, physical, and spiritual harm. These wounds can shape how you see yourself, your relationships, and the world around you. Together, we will gently explore their roots while building practical, empowering tools to help you feel more grounded, connected, and in control of your life.
Whether you’re experiencing intrusive thoughts, emotional numbness, anxiety, or a persistent sense of self-doubt, our work will move at a pace that feels safe and supportive. I offer a compassionate, judgment-free space where we can explore not just what is happening, but why—bringing insight to long-standing patterns and creating meaningful shifts that align with who you truly are.
Therapy with me is collaborative and deeply respectful of your story. We will uncover how past experiences and relationships may be influencing the present, while also strengthening your coping skills and resilience for the future.
If you’ve tried therapy before and left feeling unseen or disappointed, I understand how hard it can be to consider trying again. Still, something brought you here. If you’re ready for a different experience—one rooted in warmth, curiosity, and genuine care—I invite you to reach out. It would be an honor to walk alongside you as you reconnect with your strength and move toward lasting healing.
My Mission
If you are living with the effects of childhood abuse or relational trauma — including sexual, physical, or spiritual abuse — you deserve a space where your experiences are honored and your healing is possible. I support adults in moving beyond survival and toward a more grounded, empowered life.
I also work with anxiety and depression, integrating EMDR, IFS, CBT, DBT, and psychoanalytic therapy to address both present symptoms and the deeper patterns that may be shaping them. Together, we tailor our work to your unique needs and pace.
My priority is to create a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space where you feel heard and supported. If you’re ready for something different, I invite you to reach out and begin the process of meaningful, lasting change.
My approach
I believe therapy should be centered around you — your needs, your goals, and your unique story. Together, we will create an approach that feels supportive and aligned with where you are and where you want to grow.
Drawing from a range of evidence-based practices, I tailor each session to meet you as an individual. When helpful, I integrate traditional talk therapy with somatic work, a body-based approach that supports the release of stress, tension, and trauma held in the body. This integrated process allows us to address both the emotional and physical impact of past experiences.
Our work is collaborative. Through deepened insight into past relationships and experiences, along with practical tools and coping strategies, you can move toward meaningful and lasting change. If you're ready to begin, I invite you to reach out — I would be honored to support you.
My office
All of your appointments will be held in a peaceful, calming office designed to provide a safe space for healing. You'll have a fully private, comfortable room where you can speak freely and without interruption. Your care will be personalized to meet your unique needs, ensuring that every session is tailored to support your emotional well-being, growth, and healing.
